The Steel Frame style hot-dip galvanized steel structure is used throughout the house, lower floor or floor, which is raised with an air chamber of at least 20cm. Facade
- Elastic mortar: it is the material used in the outer layer of the house, it is completely elastic ensuring the absence of fissures and cracks in the house, it is similar in appearance to Cotegran or monolayer but with much superior technical qualities.
- Shotcrete: it is the second layer of the house, it serves as a support for the elastic mortar, it is held with a metal mesh, and it provides great hardness to the façade, shielding and ensuring the absence of deformations in the event of any type of impact.
- First insulation of extruded polystyrene or rock wool, 30mm: this insulation stops the first temperature contrast on the outside, and will help the second interior insulation to work better, preventing the formation of condensation inside the home, since it eliminates the temperature contrast in the interior layers of the home.
- TybeK: water-repellent insulation. They are high-density polyethylene membranes. They serve as a vapor barrier, breathe and completely waterproof the façade.
- 15mm Osb Panel: they are membranes made with pieces of wood oriented in 3 crisscross layers and glued with polyurethane resins and MUPF (Melamine Urea Phenol Formol). They serve as bracing for the galvanized steel structure.
- Second 120mm rock wool insulation: it is located between the 140mm steel profiles. It is a mineral wool made from diabasic rocks (basaltic rocks), obtaining a product with complementary properties to glass wool. It is a product especially indicated for thermal insulation (high temperatures). It does not deteriorate with humidity or with the passage of time, nor does it burn.
- Steel Frame Structure, made of 140mm hot-dip galvanized steel: it is the basis of our homes, the structure of a home is an irreplaceable element, it is not affected by xylophagi, corrosion or deformation over the years, it has a 50-year warranty .
- 15mm plasterboard plate: Interior finish with 15mm plate, with paint in warm tones.
- All these elements add up to a minimum section of 23cm. The roof of the modular homes is made of a load-bearing structure and contains two layers of 12cm of rock wool, a total of 24cm. The floor manufactured with a load-bearing structure and raised from the ground, contains a 12cm layer of rock wool, plus 3cm extruded polystyrene.
